The upcoming film is a remake of Pataas, a 2015 Telugu film, and also stars Nikki Galrani and Sathyaraj in lead role. The project went on floor in November 2015. Motta Siva Ketta Siva is the story of a corrupt police officer who becomes a changed man following certain series of events in his life.
Motta Siva Ketta Siva is directed by Sai Ramani and produced by R. B. Choudary. Amresh Ganesh, son of actress Jayachitra will compose the music for the film.
